



Reverend Detrick L. Robertson Sr. is a pastor, chaplain, and founder of the NBMP Leadership Institute, divinely entrusted with the mandate “Preparation for the Called.” His ministry is marked by a compassionate commitment to reaching the lost, strengthening the found, and cultivating leaders who serve with excellence, humility, and Christlike character.
Called to preach at a young age, Reverend Robertson has faithfully served in both local church leadership and military chaplaincy. His journey has included seasons of calling, wilderness, pruning, and restoration that have deepened his spiritual discernment and shaped his passion for guiding others through their own God given process of preparation.
A man grounded in both revelation and responsibility, he holds a Master of Divinity and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree in Expository Preaching and Teaching. Whether ministering from the pulpit, writing to uplift the Body of Christ, or coaching emerging leaders, Reverend Robertson provides biblical insight combined with practical wisdom that empowers believers to grow, lead, and endure with integrity, spiritual maturity, and unwavering faithfulness to the call of God.
